ShareMziki’s Response

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, ShareMziki will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

- Allow the user to submit a counter-notification if applicable.
If a valid counter-notification is received, ShareMziki may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

ShareMziki reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.

Limitations of Liability

ShareMziki is not liable for content uploaded by users. We operate as an intermediary platform and take prompt action upon receiving valid copyright infringement claims.
